By 1940, Slaughter and May formed different departments to offer specific areas of law services. They’ve opened their Hong Kong office in 1974, moved to London office at One Bunhill Row in 2002 and opened Beijing office in 2009. Slaughter and May Solicitors played an important role through their services at the time of privitisation of British Airways, British Gas and British Steel between 1980-1990.
